Extremely disappointed today with this vets been going there almost two years to find out today they have been talking behind our backs to the people that have brought our puppies saying we havent paid for injections which we had turns out they made a mistake which is fair enough we also paid for all 5 puppies to be health checked and today weve found out one of the puppies only has one testical!! Why wasnt this spotted when health checks were done? Never had any problems here until today, we will be making a complaint in writing and getting legal advice.Ive never had any issues with Sarah and I honestly think shes a great veterinarian unfortunately I think some of the other veterinarians clearly shouldnt be qualified if they cant tell if a dog has 1 or 2 testicals. Also things dont seem to add up, all the puppies notes were put on their mums file and now they are trying to say they all had individual files although the puppies were not named at this stage.
The staff are great and take time to explain about treatments and medications. They are just a phone call away if needed. I would recommend them 100%
