Brilliant vet, very calm and a decent guy ... receptionist is lovely too, very chatty
The Vet, David, and his team, are awesome. He has worked with the world capable vets, and knows his stuff. There are other vets around, but personal experience has shown my family that there is no substitute for a 'real' expert. He doesn't throw his opinions down your throat. He gives you his highly experienced diagnosis, and gives you a sense of "this is the person and team I want to help my baby'. Not only did he save my little doggy's life with an intestinal operation within hours of diagnosis, but the guy did so without ripping us off. At the time of the consultation, we had no concern for costs. (Naturally, it's a big after thought). We were more than relieved when we got the final bill. Of course, we were given a ballpark figure before the operation went ahead. The point is that he didn't take us for a ride to the bank. Thank you David and the team. It's settling to know a great medical emergency service is at the end of a call x
