Just ordered food,which took longer than expected,delivery driver delivered food to wrong address.I know because he pulled in front of my home jumped out and quickly got back in car and drove off. I then phoned them and lady on phone who was polite told me what happend. The food was just really cold and soggy it was disgusting,I'm really disappointed because its normally ok,I'm afraid I won't be going there any time again soon.
Just ordered a Medium Doner with chill. Got home to find it was not chilli but some white sauce. Had to throw it away. Cooked something at home. I have had many kebabs from here and found them superb. I am a past customer service manager so I understand problems happen. I will be honest though you will not get a better kebab. Even though of this error I will be buy my kebabs there. We all make mistakes but must learn from them. Just tried again. Service was very poor. I was at one end of service counter but food was just about delivered at the other. Meet was tepid when I got home. Going to find somewhere else. Service and food is very poor at the moment

Absolutely beautiful food, really tasty (pizzas). Premises are spotless and it appears (from what I could and couldn't see) hygiene was second to none. Overall a bloody GOOD experience. Oh, and the staff were very friendly and helpful to!
