Arrived for my daughters appointment expecting them to take an impression of her teeth to be told a repeat of what we were told 12 months prior! I had a very arrogant response from the Orthodontist who tried to tell me I was wrong. He was called out of the room, when he came back in he gave a half apology and said that there was actually no one available to take the impression anyway. Also, they never answer the phone. I have tried so many times to call. Really frustrating.
Amazing staff, always helpful, friendly and make it so personal when Im there. I feel like Im valued and really cared for and the work and results are incredible. I would recommend to anyone and have never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair. First class
