Lies no nhs patients being take on ???
Dentist suggested I get a white filling instead of a silver one on a molar without telling me there was a 20 difference in price. I had never had a filling before so he knew that I wouldn't know there was a price difference.Very disappointed in this poor behaviour won't be spending ridiculous amounts of money there again.
Very impressed with the place, the kind and caring receptionists, the cleanliness of the premises and, most importantly, the expertise and professionalism of the dentists. Highly recommended, and I'm very fussy!!
Re: Cancelling Appointments; this practice still cancels appointments, in the last 4 months they have cancelled mine twice, a few days or perhaps 7 days before and then new appointments are typically another month away. As with a similar review, appointments may have been made 3 or more months earlier.
This is the best nhs dentist I have been to. The receptionist are very professional, and welcoming despite being very busy. My dentist has given me excellent service and I am happier with my teeth than for a long time. The place is spotless.
