What started off as a good experience with the owner ( John ) quickly turned sour after having to deal with Gwyn. Rude, obnoxious and had no care toward the customer ( me buying a car for my son). Walked away from the sale of the Golf due to his actions.

Had to pay 3000 cash because card reader did not work! The garage forgot to book the car in for a MOT so there was a delay of 24 hours. When we arrived to collect the car it had failed the MOT but the garage did not bother to tell us and this caused a delay of 3 more days. We were promised a tank of fuel by way of compensation but the tank was empty when my daughter collected it. In summary, very poor customer service!
