Very nice environment. The manager (Abbi) is extremely professional and is genuinely friendly with customers. It is obvious that the staff at The Plough are a great team who work well together to ensure that customers are looked after from the moment they arrive.Well worth a visit!
One of the chiefs is really good and the other one... Less so. Sometimes the food is stunning and service is really good and other times it is fairly bad. It really depends who is running the ship that day. I think this place may have some staffing issues.
Asked if you could accommodate 20 people was told that was fine waited over an hour and other people put there orders in after us and where fed before us when we complained we were told it was only a small kitchen We said we had already been told that 20 of us was fine The service was disgusting one order was for a sandwich another for lasagna the only order that would take a bit of time was steak and ribs Needless to say we left without eating as we have over an hours drive home with kids so it's gonna be near 11 pm before we get home Won't be going there again
