Nice ambience lovely staff poor Sunday lunch. Not much of it .beef chewy veg hard gravy thin 2 roasties 11.95 . Each to there own but in my eyes very poor . Free parking
Loved this pub. What a find! Dog friendly and the waitress came over with biscuits for the dog. Food was really nice. Really warm in there thanks to the log burner which made it nice and cosey. The lady behind the bar was an absolute pleasure too...sorry we can't remember your name
Went for a buffet in the 'function room' upstairs for a funeral. For the price paid, it was a disgrace. Freezing too. No thought of warming the place up before we got there and the food (hot chips) were cold. The rest of it was ok but nowhere near enough or kept in a warm area. Awful.
Nice place. Great staff. Not great if you don't eat animals but you'll still not go hungry.
