Love this place in the summer with the kids, a lot of hills as you would expect from it's name, great little play area that the kids love, lovely areas around to sit for a break and picnic, there is a wheel chair service there but not everything is accessible in a wheelchair and you need to leave your ID with them. The views are spectacular well worth a visit.
Get your walking boots on for this one- could have spent hours there but unfortunately it was early December and was pretty cold & wet, but still, watching the penguins and seal lions feeding times was nice. Petting zoo for youngsters, & meerkats made us laugh. Well worth a visit
Great day out. 9 of us went for Boxing Day. All animals seemed happy and well kept, staff were very friendly. We saw the Chimp Encounter and Sea Lion events. Really interesting all ages from kids to grandparents were engages. Good park for the young ones to play in too. Found the cafe a bit expensive but plenty of places to sit and have a packed lunch.
Well worth a visit. My son and I have been to many zoo's and we rate this as one of the most interesting. Great range of animals More here than I had expected.
Lovely zoo. Really enjoy it here. There is plenty to see for a good day out when staying in Wales. Highly recommend. The animals all look well cared for and there is plenty to see. Food on offer is well priced and view from on top of the hill is amazing. Great day out for all the family.
