What a lovely person Nick is, and his helpers. Would highly recommend this very helpful man, he goes that extra mile (or two) without question.
I booked this company having read the excellent online reviews.This is my experience. Having got a quote over the phone I enquired if they took card payments as stated on their website and was told yes.A couple of guys turned up in a hire van and instantly said it'll be more expensive. The price went up by over 50% and I had to agree as I was moving that day. I was only moving around the corner in Llandudno and asked them to phone just before they were finished so I could go round. They didn't phone and came to me so I couldn't inspect their work. When I got my card out to pay they demanded cash although they advertise and I was told they take card payments. I had to go to bank to withdraw the cash.I asked for a receipt and was told they'd drop it off the following day. I said I'd pay when they dropped receipt off to be told they needed paying there and then. They asked for a blank piece of paper and wrote a receipt. I would have expected in this day and age for a reputable company to have headed receipts. That and demanding cash seems very dodgy to me. When I went and inspected their work I instantly noticed they'd damaged a mirror surround. I texted and sent photos and to his credit Nick phoned but nothing came from my complaint hence this negative review. I for one won't be using the services of Nick and Yellow Van Man again so I cannot recommend.
Called Yellow Van Man to deliver 200kg of artificial grass after speaking to 3 national courier companies with no solution, I Called The Yellow van boys,No problem , no problem, no problem ...What a service, SMART, POLITE, on time & goods delivered in perfect condition. Bye Bye National companies. I would really like to give them 10 stars. I wont be using anybody else. Thank you Keith from Scape57Ltd Warrington.
