Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Nice sized cosy room (for 2adults and 2children). Very clean. Convenient location - a 5/10 min walk from the beach and a 10/15 min drive from the hustle and bustle of Llandudno promenade. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely return and recommend!

Brilliant place to stay and fabulous breakfast also Jan and everyone were so nice and friendly. And our dog holly had a great time with her sausage breakfast. Look forward to coming back soon
