For 3 years l've been going to this hairdresser, both in Colwyn bay and the Conwy salon and have had great service at all times, my hairdresser, Laura is accomplished and listens and shares to make the whole experience of having your hair done, an absolute treat. Lovely glass of Cappuccino too. Great relaxing event with very reasonable prices. I'll be back! Top customer service.
Unhelpful and unapprochable staff, but still pricey. Also the staff they had were not confident enough to even cut my mums hair. Would not recommend!
