I cant speak highly enough of the experience Ive had at Synergy so far. Ive been attending classes since November and for someone who finds it hard to get motivated, I actually look forward to the classes. Ive noticed a massive difference in my shape and fitness and Jamie has really helped me to start enjoying running again too. Roll on summer when Ill be able to wear the things I wasnt confident in last year.
