What a poor and unorganized surgery this been waiting for prescription . I Put in 7 days ago. Second visit today and I am still waiting been told it may be ready by 17.30. but I got here at 16.30 . I wonder how as I need too wait for my prescription as I need them tonight as I have run out of them What a poor and bad service they provide for the Colwyn bay area
50 min on the phone and sometimes they don't even pick up..... Absolutely ridiculous receptionists
Reception staff are most unhelpful the reception desk is mostly unmanned and I have been stood at the desk waiting over 15 minutes before staff came out of the back office. Very difficult to speak to anyone on the phone and often put through to an answering service which does not let you leave messages!!! When you finally get through there is a 2 week wait for appointments and queries are not dealt with efficiently in fact I have been given false information on several occasions. Worse practice I have ever had to deal with.
The reception is absolutely ridiculous! Please sack them. I've been trying to get through for days. They never answer the phone and often switch the automated response.They ruin the surgery reputation as I am happy with gps and home visitors and would have given them much higher score.PLEASE REPLACE YOUR RECEPTION WITH EFFICIENT STAFF!
What to say here. find another surgery. The receptionists sit on their behinds in the back and frequently glance over at a huge que of people waiting and do nothing. When they do appear.. its oh you have to phone up or we don't have any appointments.. try next week. Then you get seen by a gent on a one off who immediately books you an appoijtment no questions asked. The two women are useless. IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT YOUR FRESH OUT OF HOSPITAL and need to be seen urgently. This place is a joke. Go elsewhere for an all round nice atmosphere. They are rude. Suggestion for improvement sack the receptionists and hire professionals.
